Fulfillment Policy for Local Workforce Hire Using Stripe Payments.

1. Introduction

We are committed to ensuring a smooth and secure payment experience for all our clients and workers. This fulfilment policy outlines the process for payments made via Stripe and the steps we take to ensure a transparent and reliable service.

2. Payment Processing 

All payments for services hired through Local Workforce Hire are processed securely through Stripe. By using our services, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Service Selection: Choose the required service from our platform.
  • Booking Confirmation: Once you select a service, confirm your booking and proceed to payment.
  • Payment Details: Enter your payment information securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • Payment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email from Local Workforce Hire and Stripe after submitting your payment details.

4. Service Fulfillment

  • Assignment Confirmation: After payment confirmation, the assigned worker will be notified and provided with the necessary details to commence the service.
  • Service Delivery: The worker will perform the service according to the agreed terms. Any changes or additional requirements should be communicated directly with the Local Workforce Hire.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a service, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a partial refund based on the circumstances.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our customer service team. Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Issue Reporting: If you encounter any issues with the service provided, please report them to Local Workforce Hire within 48 hours of service completion.
  • Resolution: We will work with you and the worker to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the investigation.

7. Security and Privacy

  • Data Security: Stripe’s encrypted platform securely processes all payment information. Local Workforce Hire does not store your payment details.
  • Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.
