Good people don't just turn up by accident. We are selective about who we put on our books.

We are highly selective about the people we supply. Every worker goes through a strict screening and assessment process before they are approved for our labour-hire team.

We look for workers who:

  • Have at least 2 years’ work experience
  • Hold a current driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Can get themselves to work without relying on public transport
  • Have a solid employment history and are genuinely looking for work
  • Pass our interview and assessment process
  • Hold the required tickets, licences and qualifications

We also verify employment history and conduct online checks as part of our screening process.

If they don’t meet our standards, they don’t go onto our books.

We pay competitive rates to attract better-quality workers — and that’s why our clients get people who are experienced, motivated and more likely to turn up.

From general labourers to skilled trades, we supply workers across construction, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, landscaping and commercial sectors.

Affordable Hourly Rates

Our rates start from $54.95 per hour + GST.

Minimum 4-hour shift. Hire for a day or longer, with 14-day payment terms.
